Welcome to Syrup! By accessing or using our software and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. Your continued use signifies that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
Linked Policies
These Terms incorporate the following policies by reference. By using Syrup, you also agree to: Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Refund & Cancellations Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Terms control unless a policy expressly states otherwise.
License Agreement
This software is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the software strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or underlying structures.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the sole property of Syrup and its licensors. Any unauthorized use automatically terminates your license and may result in legal action.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
- No access or use that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
- No attempts to bypass technical restrictions, interfere with operations, scrape, or harvest data.
- No use that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the services or systems.
Account Registration
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy or security violations.
Subscription, Billing & Cancellations
Some features require a paid subscription. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until canceled. You may cancel any time in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (see Refund & Cancellations Policy for details). No prorated credits are provided for partial periods.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact support before initiating any payment dispute. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to immediate suspension or termination, consistent with our Refund & Cancellations Policy.
Farming Optimizations
Optimization requests are handled at our discretion and may be limited by your subscription plan. Seasonal or additional requests can incur extra charges as communicated in advance.
Software Updates and Modifications
We may provide patches or updates that are automatic or manual depending on configuration. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version and terms.
Third-Party Services
Our services may interoperate with third-party products or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party terms, actions, outages, or updates, and you must comply with any applicable third-party terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The software and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the software will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syrup disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syrup and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for all claims in the preceding six (6) months will not exceed the amounts you paid to Syrup for the services during that period.
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Syrup and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
Data & Privacy
We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy and implement safeguards as outlined in our Data Protection Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any violation or for security reasons. Upon termination, your license ceases and you must delete all copies of the software.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or through arbitration where applicable under the laws governing Syrup’s operations. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Miscellaneous
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the linked policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding the services.
